Terms of use
These terms cover your use of this website and booking a free call with us. If you use our lettings or management services, a separate written agreement covers those services.
1. Who we are
MonetizedNow ("we", "us", "our") runs getmonetizednow.com.
We are a lettings and property management business. You can contact us at contact@getmonetizednow.com.
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.
2. Using this website
This website tells you about our services and lets you book a call with us. You may use it for your own personal or business use.
You must not:
- use the website in a way that breaks any law;
- send us false details, or book a call in someone else's name without their consent;
- try to get into parts of the website, or the systems behind it, that you are not meant to access;
- send viruses or harmful code, or use automated tools to copy or overload the website.
We try to keep the website working and up to date, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or remove any part of it at any time.
3. Booking a call
The call is free and you are under no obligation to use our services.
- The day and time you pick is a request. We will contact you to confirm it, or to offer another time.
- Booking a call does not create a contract for lettings or management services.
- We may decline a booking, for example if we don't cover your area.
- Please give us details that are true and complete. We use them only to arrange and hold the call, as our privacy policy explains.
4. Our services
We only provide lettings or property management services under a written agreement that you sign (our "landlord terms of business"). That agreement sets out:
- the services we will provide;
- our fees, including VAT, and when they are due;
- how we hold and protect any money we collect for you;
- how you or we can end the agreement, and any notice period;
- your right to cancel, if the law gives you one.
If you are a consumer and you sign the agreement away from our office (for example online or at your home), you will usually have 14 days to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We will explain this in writing before you sign.
If anything on this website differs from your signed agreement, the signed agreement wins. Our current fees are on our fees page.
5. Rent figures and guidance
Any rent figure we give you, on this website or on a call, is our honest opinion based on the market at that time. It is not a promise that your property will let for that amount, or within a set time.
The guidance on this website, including what we say about the law, is general information. It is not legal, tax or financial advice for your situation. Laws change, so please get advice before you act on it.
6. Our content
We own, or have permission to use, everything on this website, including the text, design and logo. You may view and print pages for your own use. You must not copy, sell or reuse our content without our written permission.
7. Links to other websites
Our website may link to other websites, such as GOV.UK. We don't control those websites and are not responsible for what they say or how they use your information.
8. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
If you are a consumer, we are responsible for loss you suffer that was a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or not using reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable.
If you use this website for business, we are not responsible for loss of profit, income, business or opportunity, or for any indirect loss, that comes from using this website.
Because the website and the call are free, our total responsibility to you for using them is limited to £100, unless the law says otherwise. Our responsibility for our paid services is set out in your signed agreement.
9. Your privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we collect and use your personal information. Our cookie policy explains the small amount of data stored in your browser.
10. Complaints
If you are unhappy with us, please tell us. Our complaints procedure explains what we will do and how to take it further.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. The terms in place when you use the website are the ones that apply.
12. Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring a claim in your local courts.
If a court decides that part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
